Notice is hereby given that the City of Philadelphia Civil Service Commission will hold its regular monthly meetings to consider a formal agenda and other matters presented by the Director of Human Resources and his staff at 10:00 a.m. on the third Wednesday of every month from January 2018 through June 2018, in Conference Room B, 16th Floor, Municipal Services Building, 1401 John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
The Civil Service Commission will hold public hearings on employee appeals in accordance with Civil Service Regulations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m., from January 2018 through June 2018, in Conference Room B, 16th Floor, Municipal Services Building.
The Civil Service Commission will meet in Executive Session immediately following the public hearings on employee appeals to deliberate over those appeals and to consider other matters as defined in Section 8 of the Sunshine Act, in the Commission Office, 1640 Municipal Services Building.
The Civil Service Commission will hold meetings to consider the approval of administrative matters at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesdays from January 2018 through June 2018, in the Commission Office, 1640 Municipal Services Building.
