Overtime pay shall not apply to uniformed and investigatory personnel in the Police Department and the District Attorney's Office at the rank of Captain or above and supervisory personnel in the Fire Department at the rank of Battalion Chief and above, but such personnel shall be entitled to time off from work with pay (compensatory time).
