Eligibility

PHLConnectED serves households in need who have a pre-K–12 student enrolled in a Philadelphia school. Your household may qualify if:

You don’t have (or can’t get) wired, in-home internet access, or you can only access the internet through a mobile phone.
Your household is experiencing homelessness or is in between housing.
Your household participates in certain public benefit programs with income qualifications.
Your household includes a student who is an English learner or who is receiving special education services.
