PHLConnectED is the City's initiative to help pre-K-12 families access free or low-cost internet.

How does PHLConnectED help families?

Families can get one-on-one support with a PHLConnectED Digital Navigator for:

a review of the free or low-cost internet options  including PHLConnectED T-Mobile hotspots for eligible pre-K-12 households
support with accessing and using technology.
Access to other digital skills classes and resources available across Philadelphia.

Who can get Connected through PHLConnectED?

Pre-K-12 student households enrolled in a Philadelphia school
Pre-K-12 households that do not have wired, in-home internet access, can only access the internet through a mobile phone, or cannot get wired access to their home
Pre-K-12 household experiencing homelessness or in between housing
Pre-K-12 households who participate in certain public benefit programs with income qualifications
Pre-K-12 households who have students who are English learners or are receiving special education services
