Get help with technology and internet access

For general help with getting or using technology, contact a Digital Navigator.

You can also dial 2-1-1 to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Digital Navigator or learn about other helpful resources. The hotline operates 24/7 and is available in 150 languages. Press 8 for language services.

Applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
