PHLConnectED is the City's initiative to help pre-K-12 families access free or low-cost internet. This program helps families:

Apply to the federal government's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
Connect with a Digital Navigator for one-on-one support with accessing and using technology.
Access other digital supports and resources across the city.

PHLConnectED is possible thanks to collaboration among business and civic leaders who came together to support Philadelphia students.
