Kuhusu

Programu ya Ushiriki wa Wamiliki wa Nyumba ya OHS hutoa motisha kwa wamiliki wa mali kukodisha kwa familia na watu binafsi wanaopata, au walio katika hatari ya, ukosefu wa makazi. Hakuna gharama ya kujiunga na programu hii.

Programu:

  • Husaidia watu wanaokabiliwa na ukosefu wa makazi haraka kupata nyumba katika masoko ya nyumba ya gharama kubwa, ya chini.
  • Inaongeza ufikiaji wa chaguzi za makazi ya bei nafuu na utulivu wa makazi.
  • Inajenga fursa za kudumu za makazi.
  • Inahimiza BIPOC (Nyeusi, Asili, na watu wa rangi) na MWBE (biashara ndogo/inayomilikiwa na wanawake) ushiriki wa mwenye nyumba.

Motisha ya mwenye nyumba ni pamoja na:

  • Orodha za bure za kukodisha mkondoni kwenye Padmission, jukwaa la kuunganisha wamiliki wa nyumba na waajiri.
  • Malipo thabiti na ya wakati wa kukodisha.
  • Kabla ya uchunguzi na mpangaji uteuzi.
  • Udhibitisho wa ukaguzi wa mapema.
  • Elimu ya mwenye nyumba na mpangaji juu ya maswala kama haki na majukumu, makazi ya haki, na usimamizi wa fedha.
  • Mfuko wa dharura kusaidia wamiliki wa nyumba kulipia gharama baada ya kuondoka, kama vile matengenezo ambayo yanazidi amana za usalama au kodi kwa sababu ya nafasi zisizotarajiwa.
  • Liaisons mwenye nyumba na wataalamu wa makazi kujibu maswali.
  • Wapatanishi wa upande wowote kushughulikia wasiwasi wa mmiliki wa nyumba/mpangaji na migogoro.

Eligibility

To participate in this program, landlords must:

  • Have the property inspected by the Office of Homeless Services (OHS) before a lease is signed.
  • Be current on property taxes.
  • Be current on utilities, which must be turned on for inspections.

Process
1
If you're an eligible landlord, fill out the online program application or call (215) 686-7182 to get started.

Attend an information session with the landlord engagement coordinator and schedule a property inspection with OHS.

If your property does not pass inspection, you will have the opportunity to address concerns and resubmit for inspection.

Add the vacant unit to the online portal.

The coordinator will provide you with login information.

Review tenant applications.

Select a tenant and sign a lease.

You will receive payment by check or direct deposit from an OHS-approved contract agency.
