The Heater Hotline program makes free, emergency repairs to home heaters. This program is run by the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) and supported by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).

Call the Energy Coordinating Agency at (215) 568-7190. ECA receives a lot of calls during the winter. If you call while it’s cold out, you may reach their answering service and their team will call you back as soon as possible.
