Report missed trash or recycling pickup

Household trash and recycling are collected throughout the day. Residents can check on their collections through StreetSmartPHL (click on PickupPHL).

Before you report a missed collection, make sure you set out your trash and recycling correctly.

If it’s after 7 p.m. on your scheduled collection day, you should report a missed collection. Request a pickup by calling 311 or using the form below. Call 215-686-8686 if you’re outside Philadelphia.
