The Traffic Division of the Municipal Court handles traffic tickets and hearings. You must plead not guilty or guilty within 10 days of getting a traffic ticket.

The Traffic Division doesn’t process parking, red light camera, or speed camera tickets. The Philadelphia Parking Authority handles these types of tickets.
