Digital Navigators help Philadelphia households with accessing and using technology. They can help residents:
- Get free or low-cost internet.
- Get a free or low-cost device as available.
- Get basic technical support.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Use online programs or apps.
- Find digital literacy training, adult education programs, or workforce programs.
The City of Philadelphia partners with United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey to manage the Digital Navigator network.
Where and when
Any Philadelphia resident who needs digital support can contact a Digital Navigator at one of the following organizations.
Digital Navigators offer support by phone or email. Residents can leave a message to receive a callback within one to two business days.
Alternatively, you can dial 2-1-1 to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Digital Navigator. The hotline operates 24/7 and is available in 150 languages. Press 8 for language services.
