Get help from a Digital Navigator

Digital Navigators help Philadelphia households with accessing and using technology. They can help residents:

Where and when

Any Philadelphia resident who needs digital support can contact a Digital Navigator at one of the following organizations.

Digital Navigators offer support by phone or email. Residents can leave a message to receive a callback within one to two business days.

Alternatively, you can call 311 to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Digital Navigator.

Digital Navigators are available Mondays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
