The City of Philadelphia offers high-speed internet and public Wi-Fi at many buildings and locations free of charge.
Residents can find free public Wi-Fi at all Free Library locations and at some parks, recreation centers, older adult centers, and museums.

Libraries
All library branches offer free Wi-Fi during their hours of operation. Residents can access the Free Library’s Wi-Fi using their library card.
Libraries also have regular hours when any resident can use a computer. Many branches offer digital skills workshops and classes to help residents learn how to navigate the web or use a computer.
Parks, recreation centers, and older adult centers
At most locations with Wi-Fi installed, it is offered inside the facility during hours of operations for the people using the building. Wi-Fi may also be available outside in some parks or public spaces.
To access the City’s free public Wi-Fi, select “OCF Guest” from your phone or laptop’s Wi-Fi network settings.
Some locations offer access to computers or classes on digital skills. Computer access may be only for specific programs such as after school.
