If you were incarcerated, the Office of Reentry Partnerships (ORP) can connect you with services and support, including:

  • Behavioral health services.
  • Benefits access.
  • CDL-A training.
  • City services (water, trash, business permits, etc.)
  • Clothing.
  • Culinary training.
  • Education.
  • Employment support and workforce development.
  • Expungement and pardon services.
  • Fatherhood services.
  • Family services.
  • Financial counseling.
  • Food.
  • Legal services.
  • Municipal and state identification.
  • Services and additional support offered by organizations of the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition.
  • Vocational training opportunities.

These services are available to residents who:

  • Are 18 years and older.
  • Were recently released or previously incarcerated.
