You will need your citation and PIN numbers. Pay online using a credit card through the designated website:

• If your notice starts with RL, visit usview.cite-web.com.
• If your notice starts with 536, visit violationinfo.com.

By mail

Checks and money orders should be made out to the “Philadelphia Parking Authority.” Cash payments are not accepted through mail.

Mail your payment to “Red Light Camera Program” at the designated address:

• If your notice starts with RL, address to P.O. Box 8248, Philadelphia, PA 19101.
• If your notice starts with 536, address to P.O. Box 7807, Philadelphia, PA 19101.

In person

Pay in person at the designated location:

• If your notice starts with RL, visit 45 N. 8th St., Philadelphia, PA 19106.
• If your notice starts with 536, visit 49 N. 8th St., Philadelphia, PA 19106.

By phone

You will need your citation and PIN numbers. Pay over the phone by calling the designated phone number:

Red light camera violations over 30 days old can be paid via the City’s parking ticket payment site. You will need your citation and PIN numbers.
