Who

Operators of child care facilities must schedule annual inspections.

How

Note: After your child care facility is inspected and is found to be compliance with the regulations, the Department of Public Health will issue a License Eligibility Report (LER). You may need to submit a plan review for a stationary food business or an application for change of ownership of a stationary food business to begin this process.
