Powers Park is a 0.89-acre site located next to the Richmond Library in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond Neighborhood. The site was established in 1908 and named after Colonel Thomas J. Powers, a Civil War veteran and political leader. Community members use the park to relax and socialize, often taking advantage of its many picnic tables.
