PEACE Program

Securing housing for older adults with histories of homelessness and complex physical or behavioral health needs.

About

The PEACE Program assists older adults who have complex physical or behavioral health needs and who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

Staff work with partner agencies to help individuals find sustainable housing that meets the participants’ needs in the least restrictive and most inclusive environments.

PEACE stands for Partners Establishing Accessible & Affordable Housing: Caring for Frail Older Adults Empathetically. The program is run by the Office of Homeless Services (OHS).
