The City begins engaging community stakeholders on the redesign of Luzerne Street to identify issues and priorities.

Winter

The City’s design team develops ideas for Luzerne Street.

Spring

The community provides feedback on the ideas.

Summer

The City continues to engage the community for feedback on the different design options and refines the preferred design for Luzerne.

Fall

The community stakeholders confirm the final conceptual design. The City begins final design and engineering for the project and pursues funding for construction.

If funding is acquired, the project may proceed as follows:

• 2026: City completes engineering for the project and finalizes construction funding.
• 2027: Construction begins on the traffic safety project.
