Community Resource Corps

Building community through outreach and resource connection across Philadelphia.

About

Philadelphia residents face many barriers to accessing resources. These include digital, economic, language, literacy, and disability-related barriers. The COVID-19 pandemic has worsened these challenges in our highest-need communities.

The goals of the Community Resource Corps (CRC) are to:

  • Connect residents to resources.
  • Conduct neighborhood outreach.
  • Build the City's capacity for strategic community engagement.

The CRC also serves as a professional development program for its members. AmeriCorps members serve one-year terms of service.
