11:00 AM Mayor Kenney to Participate in Mural Paint Day for Fallen Fire Fighter Joyce Craig
The Mayor will join Mural Arts Director Jane Golden and Fire Department Officials to help complete the mural honoring Joyce Craig, the first female fire fighter to die in the line of duty, and James Hynes, a fallen firefighter from the neighborhood where Craig worked.

12:30 PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at 2017 Philadelphia More Beautiful Committee Block Captain Rally
The Mayor and Streets Commissioner Carlton Williams will speak at this event honoring Block Captains and Junior Block Captains for their efforts throughout the year.

2:00 PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at ACA Saves Lives Rally
The Mayor, State Rep. Steven Kinsey, Councilwoman Cindy Bass, Congressman Dwight Evans, State Sen. Art Haywood, Councilwoman Helen Gym will join medical professionals and beneficiaries of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to speak about how repealing the ACA would be devastating to the city and the state.
