Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell and Councilman Mark Squilla to Host Ribbon Cutting Dedication for Palumbo Park

Philadelphia- Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell and Councilman Mark Squilla will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new site improvements at Palumbo Park. Improvements include new park benches, picnic tables, lighting, planted trees and landscaping.
