PHILADELPHIA – Tomorrow, Thursday, July 21, Mayor Jim Kenney will be one of 30 celebrity bartenders at Philadelphia’s LGBT bars and clubs as part of PHILLY4PULSE, a city-wide fundraiser in support of the victims of the Orlando Pulse Nightclub shooting.
