The City of Philadelphia’s Mayor’s Internship Program (MIP) is an opportunity for undergraduates who would have completed their sophomore year by the start of the program and graduate-level students to learn about and contribute to the city government managing operations for the nation’s 5th largest municipality.
Interns are assigned to work in one department for the duration of the internship program. Placements are made based on background, interests, and overall match with the host department.
Applications must be either undergraduates who would have completed their sophomore year by the start of the program or graduate-level students.
