In accordance with Board Regulation 7 (Required Ethics Training), within 15 calendar days of the effective date of employment or the beginning of a term of service, each City officer or employee shall acknowledge in writing that they received and reviewed a copy of the City’s ethics laws.  Below is an ethics manual acknowledgment form for use by City agencies to keep a record of compliance with this regulation.
