Right to Counsel Preliminary Evaluation

Philadelphia’s Right to Counsel law guarantees free legal representation to eligible low-income renters. Eligible renters have a Right to Counsel when they face:

  • Eviction proceedings.
  • Lease or other tenancy termination proceedings.
  • PHA housing subsidy termination proceedings.
