The Philadelphia City Fund and the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology seek qualified professionals and/or organizations to create an Impact Analysis report to highlight the scope of work and accomplishments of PHLConnectED, a digital inclusion program which supported connectivity for pre-k–12 households in Philadelphia over a three-year period.
