Regional Community Health Needs Assessment 2019

At the request of local non-profit hospitals and health systems, the Department of Public Health joined with the Health Care Improvement Foundation to develop a Regional Community Health Needs Assessment. This assessment identifies and prioritizes community health needs that hospitals and health systems will be addressing as a part of their community benefit initiatives.
