PEACE Program resources

Some people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness are older adults who have complex physical or behavioral health needs. The PEACE Program, run by the City’s Office of Homeless Services, works with partner agencies to help these individuals find safe, dignified, and sustainable housing. The documents below explain how agencies can refer people to the program, and the benefits for its participants.
