Property owners with fire protection systems that require periodic testing and inspections under the Philadelphia Fire Code must submit their certifications to the Department of Licenses and Inspections by May 31, 2024.

L&I may send a notice to the property owners of buildings that are serviced by fire protection systems subject to this periodic testing and inspection requirements.
