Homeowners with substantial changes in their property assessment (increased by 50% after the Homestead Exemption) may qualify for a discount on their Real Estate Tax bill through the Longtime Owner Occupants Program (LOOP). There are income and other requirements to participate in the program.
Applicants must return pages two and three of the application. The deadline to apply is September 30 every year.
