The City’s Procurement Forecast offers a preview of anticipated contracting opportunities related to infrastructure projects. The goals of the forecast are to:

• Increase transparency around the City’s contracting opportunities.
• Provide contractors with more time to plan and prepare competitive bids and proposals.
• Increase the number of vendor submissions.
• Foster participation by historically underutilized businesses.
