The Fatality Review Program (FRP) conducts comprehensive reviews of deaths in selected vulnerable populations in Philadelphia. The goals of the FRP are to:
- Understand the factors that contributed to the death to identify factors that are preventable.
- Improve the health and safety of all Philadelphians.
- Reduce the number of preventable deaths.
