The Energy Poverty Alleviation Strategy is a roadmap to ensure that all Philadelphians, especially those most impacted by and vulnerable to climate change, can participate in and benefit from the city’s clean energy transition. It provides a near-term action plan to address the challenges of energy insecurity and clean energy access in Philadelphia.
The Office of Sustainability developed the strategy with feedback from energy-burdened communities and in collaboration with government departments, community groups, and stakeholders.
