The Electric Vehicle Policy Task Force developed strategies to encourage and support the use of electric vehicles (EVs) in Philadelphia. The task force’s recommendations were guided by the following values:

• Sustainability
• Health
• Equity

The task force was led by the Office of Transportation, Infrastructure, and Sustainability. Their report features input from other City departments, Philadelphia City Council, regional transportation and planning authorities, community representatives, and industry experts.
