Diversity, equity, and inclusion plan template and tool

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) developed a model Citywide DEI Plan Template to measure the City’s DEI progress. In Fiscal Year 2023 (July 2022–June 2023), City departments began using the DEI template to create department-specific DEI plans.
