The vaccine is available to everyone 12 and older! Find a City-run vaccine clinic or partner vaccine clinic to protect yourself and your loved ones. If you have questions about vaccination, call (215) 685-5488.

Apply to start a COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Micro-site Program

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is partnering with UAC, a local nonprofit organization, to seek proposals from qualified organizations to implement the COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Micro-site Program.

Applicants must submit proposals through the online submission form.
