Mixed income housing zoning bonus review application

The Zoning Code includes two mixed income housing programs, the Mixed Income Housing Bonus (MIHB) and the Mixed Income Neighborhoods Overlay (MIN). The purpose of these programs is to produce more affordable housing by leveraging private sector investments in market rate housing. Annual reports about these programs are available on this Resource page.
