All current Philadelphia Sidewalk Vending License holders are invited to apply for the Center City Vending License Lottery.  Forty-six applicants will be selected at random on November 15, 2024. The last day to enter the lottery is November 12, 2024. Each winner will have an opportunity to purchase a Center City Vending License to sell goods at a specific Center City location.
