The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) hears appeals for:
- Zoning permit applications that have been refused or referred by the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I).
- Any decision made by L&I in accordance with the Philadelphia Zoning Code, including issuance of by-right permits and zoning-related violation notices.

Attending a hearing
