With a background in social work and social services, Shondell Revell had dedicated his life to serving youth, young adults, and families in Philadelphia.

As the executive director of OSN, he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the City’s investments in anti-violence programs across multiple departments.

For 10 years, Shondell served as the executive director of the Youth Violence Reduction Partnership (YVRP), an initiative to reduce homicides that focuses on high-risk young people.
