FIELD REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR


GENERAL DEFINITION

This is supervisory work with responsibility for assigning and reviewing the work of a group of field employees engaged in investigating complaints pertaining to water and sewer service. Contact with the general public and supervisory elements are significant aspects of the work. Employees interpret city codes and regulations to field employees and complainants, and advise them on the services available from the Water and other city departments. Work is performed under the supervision of an administrative and technical superior.
