General Definition
- Employees in this class perform assessment specific clerical tasks in support of Real Property Evaluators in the Office of Property Assessment. Employees in this class provide clerical support including data collection, data entry, and filing to ensure all real property records are accurate and complete. Work includes contact with property owners, taxpayers, and their representatives to answer real property assessment related questions and inquiries. Work is performed under the direction of an administrative superior.

- Positions must perform assessment specific clerical tasks in support of property assessment activities in the Office of Property Assessment.
