GENERAL DEFINITION

This is full performance stores work receiving, storing, issuing and ordering equipment, materials, parts, supplies and a variety of items in the specialty area. Employees perform a storekeeping function in a departmental stores area. Work involves medium to heavy physical effort and may entail unpleasant working conditions.
