DHCD partners

The Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) selects partners through Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). If you’re a developer looking for funding to create affordable housing, keep an eye out for the RFPs we usually issue in the fall.

RFPs for services like housing counseling and Neighborhood Advisory Committees are usually issued every three years. Learn more about funding opportunities.


Requirements

If you are selected, you’ll have to:

  • Meet all federal, state, and local compliance and equal opportunity requirements. Learn more about EEO compliance.
