CLIP consists of several programs dedicated to improving the appearance of neighborhoods.

In 2023:

• 185,750 properties and street fixtures were cleaned by the Graffiti Abatement Team.
• 56,927 vacant lot parcels were inspected.
• 15,074 vacant lot parcels were cleaned by CLIP crews.
• 6,381 community service projects were completed.
• 505 community organizations received cleanup supplies from the Community Partnership Program.
• 4,280 pieces of equipment were loaned through the Community Partnership Program.
• 20,882 exteriors of properties were inspected and 4,485 were abated by CLIP crews.
