11AM Mayor Parker to Speak at the Black Male Engagement Brotherhood Empowerment Series 
The Mayor will join Abu Edwards, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Black Male Engagement, Fels High School Leadership, and community members to introduce the Brotherhood Empowerment Network (B.E.N.), a transformative program designed to build leaders in and out of school communities.
