Residents and businesses in North Philly can now get all their tax and water bill needs handled at our newly renovated satellite office. The North Philadelphia Municipal Services Center is conveniently located in your neighborhood, saving you the time and hassle of traveling to Center City.
Whether it’s paying your bills, becoming a water customer, opening or closing tax accounts, resolving water bill issues, or signing up for tax assistance, you can get it done at our center located at 2761 N. 22nd St.
Visit us Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Representatives and cashiers are on hand to assist you with all your needs. No appointment is necessary.
Additionally, a representative from Councilwoman Cindy Bass’ office will be on hand to answer questions unrelated to the Department of Revenue and provide information about additional available services. You can stop by on Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Councilwoman’s staff will be happy to help.

- Pay City tax bills – please be aware that our Center City (Municipal Services Building—MSB) location is the only location that accepts cash payments.

The North Philadelphia Municipal Services Center reopened after being closed during the pandemic and then for renovations. It’s been up and running for a while, but the official ribbon cutting took place on March 4. Among city officials in attendance were Councilwoman Cindy Bass, City Representative Jazelle Jones, and Revenue Commissioner Kathleen McColgan.
