7PM Mayor Parker to Deliver Remarks at the 13th Annual UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball
The Mayor will join UNCF (United Negro College Fund) for its 13th annual Philadelphia UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball. The mayor will attend this black-tie fundraising gala with guests including civic and community leaders, corporate sponsors, and other community members.
