The Mayor will deliver remarks at Voices of Hope: An Event in Celebration of Black Excellence, an annual celebration honoring Philadelphia trailblazers who embody a culture of compassion and positive change. She will receive the 2024 Innovation for Community Advocate Award for her tireless commitment to the community and steadfast leadership.
