Proposed amendments to Regulation 1 (“Campaign Finance”) public comment hearing information

At its monthly meeting on February 21, 2024, the Board of Ethics voted to approve for public comment the proposed amendments to Regulation 1 (PDF) (“Campaign Finance”), posted for public review.

A public hearing on the proposed regulation amendments is scheduled for March 20, 2024 at 1 p.m. before the monthly Board of Ethics meeting. The hearing will be conducted in a hybrid format.

The virtual option will be hosted on Zoom, and log-in information will be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Board of Ethics’ website closer to the hearing date. The in-person option will be held in room 16Y at the Philadelphia Municipal Services Building, located at 1401 John F Kennedy Blvd. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend and offer testimony.
